FARAYA CHALET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms are applicable to all Contracts of any kind made by Faraya Chalet (“Faraya Chalet”) and its guests (“Guests”) and apply to all reservations, bookings and agreements for accommodation, dining, and use of all services at Faraya Chalet.

Clients are invited to read these provisions and note their responsibilities, arrangements for payments, cancellation terms and limitations on the liability of Faraya Chalet. Reservation is conditional on the payment of the Deposit.

RESERVATION AND BOOKING

All reservations are subject to availability.

A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation.

The deposit can be sent via OMT, Western Union (Whish Money), MoneyGram, or BOB Finance.

To pay by credit card, guests must book a minimum stay of 7 nights and pay the full amount in advance via bank transfer.

The remaining balance is due upon check-in.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Cancellation Period: Cancellations made 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur no charges.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation cost.

No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Early Departure: Guests departing before the scheduled check-out date will be charged for the full reserved stay.

Refund Processing: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5 business days from the date of cancellation.

Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter difficulties, and we will do our best to find a suitable solution.

Force Majeure: In case of events beyond anyone's control, such as natural disasters or government-imposed travel restrictions, we may review and adjust our cancellation policy accordingly.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.

Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability.

DAMAGES AND LIABILITY

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the chalet property during their stay.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Additional services are subject to availability and additional charges.

PRIVACY POLICY

Guests information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

FORCE MAJEURE

Faraya Chalet is not liable for events beyond its control, such as natural disasters.

LOCAL REGULATIONS

Guests are required to adhere to local laws and regulations during their stay in Lebanon.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Faraya Chalet reserves the right to update these terms and conditions.

ACCEPTANCE

By making a reservation, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
